But last week, our system experienced a mighty glitch. Technician Dave did an excellent job quickly diagnosing the issue, contacting distributors to quickly find the part we needed, and then installing it without delay to get our unit back in business. Dave was able to troubleshoot and remedy our issue when other technicians were not and did so with a spirit of teamliness and professionalism. He identified and repaired a burned wire in the air handler in the attic. He not only repaired wiring issue but took time to replace other wire nuts that were installed undersized by another company.
